I’m like an open book

for credit see below

Happy Sunday sweets,

today I’m celebrating another lazy sunday. With my bestie out with his friends I’ll enjoy the silence around me. And in this moments I often grab my favorite book from the rack of books. My favorite one is an old one, one that already my grandparents have read!

Oh what a nice contrast I have found latley in second life to the old book: the latest installation, “PAPERMAKIS: Escape to Rome” by Romy Nayar, is a tribute to text, words, books, newspapers and other communications. And it is perfect for me to show you some more finds from Culture Shock today. First of all the great -spring inspired- dress by Koketa. The dress is available at the venue. Also my shoes are availabe at Culture Shock, the Picci Love Paris Heels are an Culture Shock exclusive. The shoes come with a HUD, to make it easier for you to match the color of your skin.

Also controlled by a HUD, are my new hair from Alice Project. The Ashleigh Hair is available for you at FaMESHed for just 250L$.

That’s all for today ladies, so finally before I go back to my old book I want to wish everyone of you a great, relaxing sunday. Please see below for the credits of the items used in this blogpost.

Tomorrow the new Mens Dept. opens. And in case you have not heard aboutit yet: It is an ongoing monthly event where the best male fashion designers offer new releases for a snip. Need more reasons to check this place out? Well – here you go: First take a look at the Mens Dept. Flickr Stream and check out the designers there. Second: you complain that there is not enough mesh items for the lads? The Mens Dept. proofes you wrong! There is a lot of mesh items for a reasonable price. And finally – look at me. This fabulous mesh leather combination is the share of [Pumpkin] and comes in 4 different sizes. The texture on the pants is just extremely realistic and the mesh is well rigged.

I am also wearing the Pekka “Damage” Piercing which comes with a lot of attachement points and is also unisex (female version is included). And if you take a deep look in my eyes you will see the new Liquid Eyes from Insufferable Dastard (come with optional prim eyes).

Anyways – the list of designers for the second round of the Mens Dept. is impressive: KMADD, Sheep Door, Pivaaca, Villena, Abiss, Exposeur, Pekka, CheerNo, Deco, Fruk, Bastard, Pumpkin, Insufferable Dastard, Post, Havok, Teefy, 22769 ~ casual couture, Epoque, Vestigum, PDA, Balaclava!, Beldur and Lazybum. That makes 22 reasons to check The Mens Dept. out guys! Ad please keep in mind, that the Mens Dept. openes tomorrow, May 7th.
